Implantology at Union
We have dedicated ourselves to the art and science of implant dentistry for one simple reason.
It is revolutionary.
What exactly is a dental implant?
In 1952, the Swedish orthopedic surgeon Dr. Per-Ingvar Branemark made a miraculous discovery. Not only is titanium perfectly safe to insert into human bone, it actually fuses to it. Dental implants are titanium fixtures that meld with the jawbone of the patient to permanently replace a single tooth or full set of teeth. Since pioneering the very first dental implant, Dr. Branemark’s discovery successfully paved the way for millions to come.

Who are dental implants for?
Any missing tooth can be potentially replaced with an implant. Regardless of whether a tooth has been lost due to disease, trauma, or genetics, dental implants provide the best permanent solution available.
The dental implant success rate is through the roof. The convenience of getting a dental implant, not so much. Traditionally, from start to finish even a single implant can require at least 9-10 visits, with multiple offices, multiple teams, and a remote laboratory all attempting to work in unison.
Needless to say, this approach can be difficult. At Union, we work in a single location, working backward from the crown to the implant using an advanced digital workflow.
Predictability. Beauty. Functionality. Longevity.
Anything else is below our standard. We do not believe in neglecting missing teeth, monitoring diseased teeth, or providing our patients with anything less than rock solid care.
